Knights of Columbus - 3rd Degree - Council 6600 - Founded on the principles of charity, unity and fraternity, the Knights of Columbus was established in 1882 by Father Michael J. McGivney, assistant pastor of St. Mary's Church in New Haven, Conn., and a group of parishioners. Their intent? To bring financial aid and assistance to the sick, disabled and needy members and their families. 

The Confraternity of the Most Holy Rosary is an international association of the Catholic faithful established “to praise and honor the Blessed Virgin Mary and to secure her patronage by the recitation of the Rosary for the mutual spiritual benefit of all the members throughout the world.” Each member of the Rosary Confraternity strives to pray the three Rosaries (15 decades) each week (Joyful, Sorrowful and Glorious Mysteries). 

First Five Saturdays Devotion Lolita and I lead a First Saturday Devotion on the first Saturday of every month at 2:30pm, in the Spiritual Life Center room 204 at st. peter Catholic Church. We will pray 5 decades of the Rosary and have 15 minutes of silent prayer with our Blessed Mother. By adding confession which starts at 3:30pm in the sanctuary and Mass at 5:00pm you can complete the First Saturday Devotion requested by our Blessed Mother. Our Lady promised to assist all those who will practice the devotion of the first Saturday for five consecutive months with the graces necessary for salvation at the hour of their death.
